"Kumitetsu-kun" is not just another iron leg, which is common for outdoor gear.

Its unique structure allows you to simply insert it without tools, transforming it into a table or a rack.

Even when you need to pack a lot for the outdoors,

with "Kumitetsu-kun," you don't need to prepare separate gear for tables and racks.

Since it can be stacked up to three tiers, it can be used to suit your style, whether in the outdoor field, in a carefully designed garage, or in your living room.

The biggest feature of "Kumitetsu-kun" is its stackability.

It can be joined vertically, allowing it to become a table or a three-tier rack depending on how it's assembled.

Combining them is as simple as inserting them into the sockets.

"Kumitetsu-kun" can be assembled in roughly four ways, and the appearance and stability vary depending on the assembly method.

Stylish V-shape assembly

This assembly method uses the minimum number of parts and has a sleek appearance.

It is very easy to assemble and convenient for temporary setup, such as when guests visit.

Its quick setup and dismantling make it recommended for outdoor use.

For storage, U-shape assembly

When you want to secure storage space as a standard shelf, use the U-shape assembly.

This style allows effective use of the space beneath the shelf board.

You can slide in storage boxes or place firewood, eliminating wasted space.

For heavy items, box-shape assembly

Assembling it into a square shape provides robust strength.

Its stability, which remains firm even when shaken by hand, makes it ideal for placing heavy Dutch ovens or toolboxes.

As a regular iron leg in an A-shape

Of course, it can also be used as a traditional iron leg. By inserting a 15mm thick board, you can create a low table perfect for the outdoors.

Sleek appearance, robust and durable.

The material used is tough "deformed round bar," primarily used in reinforced concrete.

Furthermore, each piece is carefully welded by hand by skilled craftsmen.

Despite its slender and stylish design, it boasts excellent durability,

and the uneven surface, characteristic of construction materials, creates an industrial and rugged atmosphere.

The matte black coating is applied using "powder coating," also used for guardrails and architectural metalwork.

The paint film is harder and adheres better than regular paint, so it won't peel off easily, even with rough handling outdoors.

It is resistant to rain, mud, and heat, making it a tough specification that can be used for a long time.

When disassembled, it becomes very compact.

It won't take up much space in your car or storage room.

As for the shelves, choose your favorites.

If the size is right, you can use boards of your preferred length and material as shelves, but we also offer wooden boards as a return.

For V-shape assembly, a width of 25cm or less is recommended. To ensure stability, a width of 30cm is recommended for U-shape assembly.

(Although you can use a U-shape assembly with a width of 25cm or less, stability will be compromised due to increased mobility.)

Also, when inserting and using a shelf board, such as for A-shape assembly, a thickness of about 15mm is recommended.

"Kumitetsu-kun" was planned and developed by "Tsuchida Welding Industry Co., Ltd.," founded in 1975 in Sanjo City, Niigata Prefecture.

In Tsubame-Sanjo, a major production area for metal products in Japan, the company has been active as "welding professionals" for half a century.

Rubber caps for floor protection are included. When stacking "Kumitetsu-kun" units, you can insert them by removing the rubber caps.

Precautions for handling

・When using it as an A-shaped iron leg with a shelf board inserted, a 15mm thick board is recommended.

・When using "U-shape assembly," depending on the width and length of the shelf board, the shelf may be unstable and dangerous. A width of 30cm and a length of 90cm or more are recommended.
